Privacy policy

It’s Water Kind collects the information you give us in our booking form: your name, phone number, email, zip code, whether you own or rent, home type, the package you’re interested in, and any notes you add. If you take our free water audit, we also collect your answers (town, home age, own or rent, water concerns, household and what you drink now), your email, and optionally your first name, phone and SMS consent. We also record basic campaign details (like which ad or page you came from) to understand what’s working.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule a water test or install, send you information about your service, and improve our marketing.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are processed and stored with Netlify Forms. Only people and service providers who need it to run our business can access it. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

If you submit the booking form, or give your phone and tick the text box on the water audit, we may call, text, or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, at any time.

Water information

Information on this site about local water comes from public utility and state reports and is general. It isn’t a lab result for your home.
